Élit Intérim Monaco
Website Redesign & Ongoing Digital Direction
A website redesign and ongoing digital direction for a Monaco recruitment agency, bringing its online tools and communication into line with its established local reputation.
The Context
Élit Intérim is a recruitment agency operating in Monaco, where trust, responsiveness and accessibility are central to the way candidates and employers choose to engage.
Reverelle was already managing the agency’s communication across Instagram and LinkedIn, creating a more structured and contemporary digital presence.
The website, however, remained difficult to navigate. Information was not organised clearly, and the application process required unnecessary steps from candidates.
The agency did not need a new position. It needed digital tools capable of supporting the way the business already operated.
Strategic Focus
The website needed to serve two audiences clearly: candidates looking for work and employers looking for staff.
For candidates, the priority was to simplify access to job offers, CV submissions and practical information about visiting the Monaco office.
For employers, the website needed to communicate the agency’s sectors, local knowledge and ability to respond quickly to recruitment needs.
The website, Instagram and LinkedIn were developed as connected parts of the same recruitment system, each supporting a different stage of the relationship with the agency.
The Work
Reverelle redesigned the website on WordPress and integrated a job management module that allows the internal team to publish and update vacancies independently.
Navigation was reorganised around clear entry points for candidates and employers. The application process was simplified, and practical information was made easier to find.
Content was rewritten to explain how the agency works, how to apply and what candidates should expect before visiting the office.
Alongside the website, Reverelle continues to direct communication across Instagram and LinkedIn. Job offers, recruitment information, practical advice and employer-facing content are planned and produced within a consistent editorial and visual framework.

Content that reaches candidates. A website that makes applying easier. Digital communication measured by how well it supports recruitment.

Following the launch of the redesigned website, online CV submissions increased.
Clearer information about the application process also contributed to more candidates visiting the agency directly.
Instagram grew to more than 4,000 followers, strengthening Élit Intérim’s visibility within Monaco and the surrounding area.
The website now receives consistent traffic, reaching several thousand monthly visits during peak recruitment periods.
The agency’s digital presence now supports a clearer and more efficient recruitment process while reflecting the professionalism and local reputation already established offline.
Reflection
Not every established business needs to be repositioned.
Élit Intérim already had a strong reputation and a clear role within the local market. The digital experience simply needed to support that reality more effectively.
By making the website easier to navigate, simplifying the application process and connecting it more closely with the agency’s communication, the digital presence became more useful to candidates, employers and the internal team.
