Les Ateliers Éphémères

Brand Development & Communication Strategy

A complete brand and communication system for a floral workshop business in France, covering positioning, visual identity, website design, content creation and social media management

The Context

Les Ateliers Éphémères was created to offer floral workshops rooted in professional practice and a distinctive approach to floristry.

At the start of the collaboration, its Instagram account had a small community, made up largely of friends and existing contacts. The workshops had no defined positioning, visual identity, website or editorial system.

Information was shared mainly through individual posts and direct exchanges. The next stage required a structure capable of building recognition, explaining the offer and supporting bookings over time.

Strategic Focus

The priority was to establish a distinctive position around seasonal, garden-based floristry, precise technique and teaching grounded in real professional experience.

The approach and standard of the teaching needed to be immediately recognisable. The offer had to be easy to understand and the path from discovery to booking clear.

Beyond individual launches, the brand had to build lasting recognition and turn an early Instagram presence into an audience that could grow over time.

The Work

Reverelle developed the brand strategy, messaging and offer structure, defining how the workshops should be presented and what distinguished the teaching.

A complete visual identity followed, including logo variants, colour palette, typography, image direction and templates for recurring content.

The website brought the offer, practical information and booking journey into one place, reducing the need to explain the same points through direct messages.

Instagram was rebuilt around clear content pillars, recurring formats and a consistent visual system.

Reverelle then managed the account on an ongoing basis, planning, writing, designing and publishing the posts and Stories used to build the audience and support each workshop launch.

Website and Instagram results demonstrating stronger visibility, audience growth and interest in the workshop offer

The Instagram account grew from around 2,200 to nearly 14,000 followers, building a substantial audience around the workshops. Views over comparable 30-day periods rose from approximately 12,000 to 250,000, giving each new edition significantly greater visibility.

The account now drives around 350 visits to the website each month, showing that the content creates enough interest for people to explore the workshops further. The website received nearly 700 visits in its first month, including 72 visits to the contact page, indicating that interest was progressing from content discovery to active consideration.

Workshop editions began filling regularly. The result is a communication system that builds an audience between launches and guides that audience towards registration when a new workshop opens.

Reflection

An Instagram account can begin attracting attention before the brand behind it is fully formed.

Les Ateliers Éphémères needed a position people could recognise, a website capable of presenting the offer and a content system that would build familiarity between launches. Once those foundations were in place, each piece of content and each new workshop could contribute to the next stage of growth.
